Exchange policy
Every Loonabella piece is hand-finished and final-sale, so we are unable to offer cash refunds. We do, however, gladly exchange your purchase for a different size, design, or store credit if the piece you received doesn't feel quite right.
How it works
- Email loonabella.jewellery@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number and the piece you'd like to exchange.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging — tags, pouch, and box intact. Pieces showing signs of wear cannot be exchanged.
- Ship the parcel back to us at the address we'll share by email. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked courier — we can't process exchanges for parcels that don't arrive.
- Once we receive and inspect the piece, your replacement ships within 5 business days. Outbound shipping is on us.
Eligibility
- Unworn, unused pieces in original condition with all packaging.
- Request raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Earrings, nose pins, and personalised pieces are excluded for hygiene and customisation reasons.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible.
What we don't do
- Cash refunds of any kind.
- Cover return courier charges.
- Accept items returned without prior email confirmation.
