Exchange policy

Every Loonabella piece is hand-finished and final-sale, so we are unable to offer cash refunds. We do, however, gladly exchange your purchase for a different size, design, or store credit if the piece you received doesn't feel quite right.

How it works

  1. Email loonabella.jewellery@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number and the piece you'd like to exchange.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging — tags, pouch, and box intact. Pieces showing signs of wear cannot be exchanged.
  3. Ship the parcel back to us at the address we'll share by email. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked courier — we can't process exchanges for parcels that don't arrive.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the piece, your replacement ships within 5 business days. Outbound shipping is on us.
